- Are you willing/agree to buy pet insurance for the first year or longer? We Strongly suggest that you carry Vet Insurance on your Opal kitten for at least the first year. Yes, we do offer a health guarantee, However, this is limited to hereditary things and NOT for things like kitten eating hair bands, swallowing Q-Tip, getting trapped and injured in your recliner's, and so, so many things' kittens get into that can cost $$$ that would be covered through pet insurance. (These are just a few things we've heard our kittens have gotten into over the last 40 years of breeding Persians.)
For Breeders (Please Be Honest With us. We are not anti-selling breeding rights. We like to be aware and possibly mentor a bit. Just know, this isn't a money-making hobby.:

Congratulations @ You are taking the next first step into owning a beautiful and super loving Persian OpalReys kitten.
Using my email address is the best way to reach us - sorry,
but because of scams and spams,
I do not reply to emails,
that do not have an introduction.
about what you are looking for and the environment a cat/kitten would have.
MORE ABOUT US:
My love for Persian cats began when I was about 12, when I was volunteering at the local shelter near Torrance Ca, and I became enamored with the Persians and their laidback personalities. I rec'd a mentor from CFA and started helping her show in CFA CA shows 1980's. I bought a stunning white coppered eyed girl at an international show in Los Angeles CA. We named her - Opal she was my first champion, and the rest is history.
Please read BEFORE you post a deposit
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL Deposits are accepted in good faith
understanding you are committing yourself to
THAT kitten and OpalReys considers that said kitten
to be reserved and we are turning away other potential
buyers while caring, feeding, nurturing, and grooming that
specific kitten on your behalf. Deposits are required to hold
for you until kitten is ready to head out 12-14 weeks..
ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
As your application suggests, you are purchasing a lifelong member of your family, and it is a serious decision. So please, be sure you really want a Persian kitten before you post a deposit.
We urge you to please GET pet insurance for the first year.
We had a new kitten owner, find a plastic chewed up qtip in his poo/litter box. They rushed to vet, (it is always late at night on a weekend...) where this poor 16-week-old kitten required major surgery to fix damage the sharp edges cut up into his bowel...
He stayed for weeks at hospital recovering.
Their tab, thousands of cold, hard, cash.
Thankfully he survived.,
I'm not trying to scare you;
I do not get commission from the insurance company. I do truly love each and every kitten we part with. We've bottle feed each one, loved on them, trained them to come, taught each one how to eat solid food, wiped their butt's way too many times to mention, and we want them taken care of best as possible. Hope that choosing to provide needed vet care isn't ever a choice, due to vet cost. And yes, vet bills are insanely expensive.
Just a smart idea.
